The company held autumn team development training

In the autumn of October, at the foot of the beautiful Jiuhua Mountain, the company started the autumn team development journey. This activity is led by Shen Zhigang, the general manager of the company, composed of a total of 31 backbone personnel from various departments of the company, and hired teachers with rich development training experience as guidance, the whole activity has a total of warm up and ice breaking, dragon water, trust back fall, dragon sea, air horizontal bar and other links.

   Throughout the activity, it is the theme of teamwork, interlocking and interactive, and the expansion of the site echoes with the laughter of the players. At the end of each session and the game, the teacher would comment and explain, so that the team members were deeply touched, everyone not only realized the importance of team trust and cooperation, deeply experienced the brotherhood of colleagues, but also understood that only by going beyond themselves can we do better and more wonderful.

  The activity ended successfully at 5 PM with Shen's message and the players' testimonials. Through this activity, we built a bridge for better communication and cooperation between various departments of the company, injected vitality and impetus into the company's lean production, and let everyone believe that we can do better, and Lecat will go faster and farther!
